Should you still learn to code in the age of AI app builders?

It's a reasonable thing to wonder now: if you can describe an app and have it built without writing code, is learning to program still worth the effort? The honest answer isn't a clean yes or no. It depends entirely on why you'd learn, and being clear about that saves you from either wasting months or dismissing something genuinely useful. Here's how to think about it.

If your goal is to ship an app, you don't need to

None of these are "so I can make an app." They're about depth, craft, and career, and for those, coding is as worth learning as ever.
